These terms and conditions govern your use of longshotmerchants.co.uk ("Long Shot Merchants", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our service. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You must not use the service in any jurisdiction where access to sports-prediction information is unlawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your location.

Long Shot Merchants provides football match predictions and statistics generated by machine learning models trained on historical match data, team form, Elo ratings, and other statistical features. Access to certain predictions and features is provided on a paid subscription basis. We are an information and analytics service only. We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or party to any wager. We do not facilitate, process, or accept bets of any kind.

All predictions displayed on our site are statistical outputs from our models. They are not betting advice, tips, or recommendations. No prediction guarantees any particular outcome. Past model performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on this site, including any betting decisions and any losses that may result from them.

Some features are available only with a paid subscription. By starting a subscription you agree that:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged for the next period, until you cancel.
• We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you advance notice, and any change takes effect only from your next billing period. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successfully taken.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Our service is digital content that is made available to you immediately on payment.

• By subscribing and gaining immediate access, you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access to the content has begun, and you consent to this.
• Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. In particular, we do not give refunds on the basis that a prediction did not come true or that a bet placed elsewhere was lost — we do not accept bets and cannot control match outcomes.
• Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights where the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

Registration requires a name, email address, and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

All content on this site — including predictions, models, data, branding, and design — is the property of Long Shot Merchants. All rights are reserved. You may access the service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Shot Merchants accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on our predictions
• Any betting or financial decisions you make
• Service downtime or interruptions
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account

This service is for personal use only. We have no liability for any loss of profit, business, or commercial damages. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
